Yolanda Faile
Managing Partner
Yolanda K. Faile, CPM, RPA is responsible for all property operations and asset management at Verity Properties.
She has over 25 years of experience managing all aspects of commercial real estate and asset management in northern California. She has optimized returns and managed properties for UBS, Tishman-Speyer Properties, J. P. Morgan, BlackRock, Northwestern Mutual, Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Stanford Credit Union, TA Associates Realty, and Marin County Employee Retirement Association including regional portfolios for the Sares-Regis Group of Northern California and Woodmont Real Estate Services.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the College of William & Mary and a bachelor's degree in economics from North Carolina State University. Her professional certifications include a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI). She is licensed by the State of California as a Real Estate Broker number 1245603 as well as by the State of Oregon as a Property Manager number 201247487. Prior to moving into real estate operations, Ms. Faile held positions in asset management for NationsBank and managed non-performing loans, delinquencies, and problem loans for NationsBank, now part of Bank of America.
Ms. Faile is a member of IREM and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She has served on the Board of Directors of BOMA Silicon Valley.
In her spare time, Ms. Faile enjoys training and walks with her rescue dog, yoga, and floral design.
Michelle Perry
Senior Property Manager
Michelle Perry is a Property Manager at Verity Properties, responsible for hands-on property operations for our mid-peninsula and south-bay portfolio. She is a veteran of property operations having managed properties for both Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ in their south bay portfolios where she honed her attention to the details of property operations.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the University of San Francisco. She is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, holding Real Estate Salesperson License number 2071964.
Natalie Lucha
Assistant Property Manager
Natalie Lucha is an Assistant Property Manager with Verity Properties. Originally joining the team as a member of our accounting department, she has grown into a property operations role, understanding all aspects of property operations.
Natalie ran facility and office operations at a local church for 15 years. She is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, holding Real Estate Salesperson License number 02221769.
Bill Pataky
Partner
Bill Pataky, RPA, FMA is a co-founder of Verity Properties. With an extensive background in the technology industry, he excels at applying tech to all aspects of operations where efficiencies can be gained and where analytical insight can advantage owners' returns. He is responsible for Verity Properties processes and infrastructure as well as hands-on management.
Bill has held executive positions at a number of start-up firms as well as firms like Oracle and SAP. He was a Principal Engineer and Software Architect at Aeronautical Radio (ARINC) and was a core technologist both at the Computer and Information Security Laboratory, within the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and at the Laboratory for Parallel Computation at the University of Maryland.
Bill earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has done continuing studies at the London Business School. Bill has earned both the RPA and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from BOMI. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License, number 1887094, a Washington Real Estate Designated Broker License, number 22006482 and an Oregon Property Manager License number 201248712.
He has worked with the California Department of Real Estate as an expert in commercial property management to evolve the California Real Estate Broker and Salesperson license exams to include modern issues related to property management.
When not at work, Bill enjoys swimming, wine collecting, cooking and live music. He is active in the local community, and is honored to serve as an officer and board member at the Los Altos Lutheran Church.
Diane Cressler
Director of Financial Operations
Diane Cressler is Director of Financial Operations at Verity Properties and leads our client financial team. Diane has been driving financial operations for companies across a wide spectrum of industries spanning two decades. Her laser-sharp attention to detail, built upon a solid technical background make her uniquely suited to lead complex financial analyses and operations for our clients.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, bridge, and time with family.
Blanca Oliva
Senior Property Accountant
Blanca Oliva is a Property Accountant at Verity Properties. She discovered her love for numbers and attention to detail at a young age. After graduating from San Jose State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Blanca joined the Verity team. Since then, she has become an expert in the implementation and operation of financial technologies for commercial real estate.
Blanca holds a rare credential among property accountants; she is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, holding Real Estate Salesperson License number 02203151.
In her free time, Blanca enjoys playing killer Sudoku, reading, and playing with her adorable dog.
