Yolanda K. Faile, CPM, RPA is responsible for all building operations and asset management at Verity Properties.
She has over 14 years of experience managing all aspects of commercial real estate and asset management in northern California. She has optimized returns and managed properties for UBS, Tishman-Speyer Properties, J. P. Morgan, BlackRock, Northwestern Mutual, Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Stanford Credit Union, TA Associates Realty, and Marin County Employee Retirement Association including regional portfolios for the Sares-Regis Group of Northern California and Woodmont Real Estate Services.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the College of William & Mary and a bachelor's degree in economics from North Carolina State University. Her professional certifications include a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI) as well as a California Real Estate Broker's License. Prior to moving into real estate operations, Ms. Faile held positions in asset management for NationsBank and managed non-performing loans, delinquencies, and problem loans for NationsBank, now part of Bank of America.
Ms. Faile is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), IREM, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the California Receivers Forum. She has served on the Board of Directors of BOMA Silicon Valley. DRE #01245603
In addition to her real estate practice, Ms. Faile is an instructor with BOMI for both their RPA and Facilites Management Administrator (FMA) professional designation programs, shaping the industry leaders of tomorrow.
Bill Pataky
is responsible for all company operations, marketing and infrastructure at Verity Properties.
He is a veteran in the technology industry with extensive experience running lean operations. He excels at applying technology to all aspects of operations where efficiencies can be gained.
Bill has held key positions at a number of start-up firms as well as Oracle, Silicon Graphics, Borland, SAP AG and Sun Microsystems. He was a Principal Engineer and Software Architect at Aeronautical Radio (ARINC), and Bill was a core technologist both at the Computer and Information Security Laboratory, within the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and at the Laboratory for Parallel Computation at the University of Maryland.
Bill earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has done continuing studies at the London Business School. DRE #01887094
