Verity Properties has signed a contract with Embarcadero Realty Services, part of Embarcadero Capital Partners LLC to provide interim management services to the Las Positas Office Plaza and Park Plaza, both office complex properties in Pleasanton, CA. Acquired in September 2010, Las Positas Office Plaza is comprised of two 2-story Class A office buildings totaling 105,044 square feet located at the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Hopyard Road. Park Plaza is a 51,235 square foot 3-story office building located in the heart of the Hacienda Business Park at the intersection of Gibraltar Drive and Chabot Drive. Embarcadero plans to manage the properties themselves in the long-term but has tapped Verity Properties to get management operations up and running for them.
Verity Properties and Cornish & Cary complete sale of REO office building
